Nature of the Service

East Baton Rouge Parish Released Inmates is an independent reference with no government ties. It stores no official jail, release, inmate, or court records. It cannot confirm custody, free a person, post bond, or submit a document to an agency.

The site points toward East Baton Rouge Parish records offices, Louisiana corrections resources, federal locators, and optional third-party research tools.

Acceptable Use

Use must remain lawful and must not harm a person, the site, or its systems. You agree that you will not:

• Use the service to violate any law.
• Stalk, threaten, intimidate, or harass another person.
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on site content.

Custody status and public files can change at any time. Nothing published here is an official statement from EBRSO, a jail, a court, Louisiana DPS&C, or another government office.
